The Map: Nominal (very nominal) 1:24,000 based on USGS 7.5 minute quadrangle topographic maps. Printed in color on 11x17, "Rite in the Rain” all weather writing paper. All trails were mapped with a WAAS enabled GPS and are designated in red. Forest roads are in gray. Other features include trailheads, segment mileage, general directions, waypoints and waypoint coordinates. Because of the smaller scale, the inset map shown on the Buckeye-Caney Creek Trail map was not necessary. The Caney Creek Trail Hike: See Buckeye-Caney Creek Trail map.
